"The system provides us with the reporting options that we need. These include attendance, clinical audit, analysis and more. This helps us in managing and monitoring the activities of students and tutors. Special attention in the WebEd system is given to managing the college's clinic hours and workshops. Electronic attendance lists are also fully supported, thus eliminating tedious paperwork."

WebEd Specific Reporting Tools

WebEd features a number of specific reporting options that are not found in the underlying WebClinic system. Some of these are located "in place" like in the sigle student management screen. But there is also a special reporting screen that you can see below.

On the screenshot above you can see the "Hours per Year" report for the 5th year students. "Attendance" and "Clinical Audit" reports are similar to the one-student versions but show summarised data for a number of students. The last two tabs "Outstanding Forms" and "Appointments" are intended for trouble-shooting and monitoring the data flow. They show forms that require confirmation and appointments without a proper form, respectively. More interesting and powerful is the "Form Based Report" shown on the screenshot below.

The WebEd form based report is used to query certain clinical forms. In the sample screenshot above the forms being reported derive from the "Osteopathy College Visit" form template (you can tell that by looking at the top row in the report that says "Form Name". The various filtering options under the "Filters" section are extracted by the system from the form template itself, so using this approach you can perform custom analysis on different kind of forms. Various output modes are also available. What is displayed above is an example of "HCP Roles" output.
