The WebEd Student Audit System makes the task of organising and monitoring student education programs easy. When integrated with the clinical audit, this creates a very powerful management tool.

Having the Student Audit System integrated within WebClinic provides the institute with an extremely powerful business tool. The system is very flexible and can be easily tailored to fit the needs of most medical educational colleges.

Features

Student Register
Gives easy access to all aspects of the student details within the Student Audit System. This includes:

  • Classifications
  • Access rights
  • User codes
  • Passwords

Student History/Maintenance
Each educational period can be setup with dates and milestones. Easy to use list management screens allow manipulation of student educational details.

Classes/Workshops/Clinics
The administrators can setup classes that the students can apply for on line. Rules can be set for each class so that the system will control, automatically, how many students can attend. The administrator can also control the number of students from each year that can attend or limit to one specific year if required.

Student Attendance
Student attendance reports can be generated for any period. These can be generated both for the institute (for all students) and for the individual student who is logged into the system.

Audit system
All aspects of each user's activity within the system are recorded. This is provided for administrators in an easy to view calendar format.

Student Clinical Audit
The system is integrated with WebClinic and can be used to record students activity with regards to patient contact. The institute can use the clinical audit system to monitor student experience for any clinical procedure. Students can also monitor their own exposure to the various clinical areas treated.

Student and Tutor interaction
All clinical forms that are entered by senior students are marked for authorisation by the tutor. When the tutor logs in to the system they are prompted to check and authorise the outstanding medical forms that the student has entered.

Increased Data Security
There is an increased security option for the senior students that have access to sensitive clinical and patient data. When this option is turned on students can access clinical data only from authorised terminals. This authorisation is granted by a supervising tutor or other authorised person and is temporary, so generally students cannot access clinical data outside of their classes.
