System Management
There are several menu options that provide the means to manage WebDine. This provides access to things like Users, Groups and the Subscription options. Users The web-based user management interface allows businesses to set up the users for EPOS access as well as access to standard interfaces. The security is group based and can be easily applied to individual users. The system keeps an audit trail of all activity, for every user, of every menu item that has been used. There is an activity tab that allows managers to see every activity performed by each staff member. This is displayed in a calendar type interface.
Groups Groups can be created and maintained through this interface. The interface displays each group and also the corresponding users that belong to the groups. This ensures that managers can see what effect changes have to specific users.
Subscriptions Allows businesses to set up payments to Vettit. This interface is also used to set up user licenses per business.
