Simple one touch interface.

Provides a full web-based EPOS interface which directly links with the WebDine management interface. The EPOS interface can also link directly to the Kitchen Management interface. The EPOS interface can be accessed using a short pin number and gives direct access to allocated tables.

The interface is designed specifically for touch screen type interfaces. The entities are displayed in a clear easy-to-read format.

The EPOS system supports different cooking options for each meal. The server will be prompted to ask the customer which option (RARE, MEDIUM etc) the person would like for their steak.

Different hold ingredients can be set up for each menu item. The server will again be prompted on what can be held back from the menu item selected.

Voids can be done and controlled through the security interface.

The system is completely deletionless and keeps all records that have been deleted. We know who, when and why!.

Discounts can be controlled through the security interface and can be applied individually, whole bill, on types and even sub types.

Table movements within restaurants can be achieved easily with the touch screen interface. Especially useful for those troublesome customers!.

Payments are easily entered and the system is capable of taking multiple payment types for one booking.

Bookings for “Walk in” customers are done directly into the EPOS system. It displays free tables and integrates directly with the main booking interface. The Bookings tab also displays all bookings with customer names so that table identification on arrival is easy .
