Bookings
Allows restaurants to make table bookings. Tables can be joined and separated. Customer records can easily be attached to bookings. WebDine is a browser based system so bookings can be taken from anywhere in the world. This gives restaurants, especially chains, the ability to have central call centres that can professionally handle all bookings. Take/View Displays all or each section with all the tables. Bookings are clearly shown and new bookings are easily handled through this interface. Please note that this also integrates with the EPOS booking system and that “Walk in” bookings are also displayed.
Activity Graphically shows how busy the restaurant is at any given date and time. Managers can easily see how busy the business is and block tables where necessary.
Occupancy Shows, on a daily basis, the occupancy of the restaurant. Allows businesses to manage staffing levels and with our Rota management system, provides a powerful tool for organising the business more efficiently.
