The Referral Program Itself

It is a sign-up program, such that when someone who has been referred subscribes and activates his account the referrer receives a 25% cash share of the monthly fees as long as this subscription is active. We have different subscription packages so the absolute amount can vary. The person referred to us is recorded by us using a special browser cookie, so the referrer gets the credit even if the party referred only chooses to subscribe months after the initial visit to our system.

Marketing tools
Contacting people through web links or links from e-mails is now widely accepted. We provide all the links, banners and other tools that you might need to advertise our product. The system has its own mailing list facility with detailed reporting and letter templates for your convenience. Statistics and reports are also supported for your web-links.

Business referrals
Anyone who is happy with the features and performance of our system may choose to share this experience with other parties. As a reward for passing on information about our system and encouraging other users, we pay a fixed percentage of the software fee to the referrer over the first three years of the subscription.

Pure referral accounts
Provide an opportunity for people that do not need to use the clinical and practice management side of the WebClinic software to subscribe free of charge for a referral account. Webmasters, that operate websites visited by clinical practitioners, or people that have connections in the medical area, can use their contacts and services to generate additional income simply by referring them to our system.

Agreement

The WebClinic Referral Program is subject to Vettit WebWare Referral Program Agreement (link opens in a new browser window). You must accept it in order to use the referral program.

Remember that when you subscribe for Vettit WebClinic Practice Management System you will also automatically receive access to our Referral Program as a business subcriber. This means that you don't need to sign up for a referral account in such a case.
