We started a referral program to promote the popularity of our software and to allow our users, or third parties, to easily earn extra income.
It is a sign-up program, such that when someone who has been referred subscribes and activates his account the referrer receives a 25% cash share of the
new user’s subscription fees for as long as they stay subscribed.
Our reception service, which runs from 9 A.M. till 5 P.M., means that clinicians can concentrate on their essential work
and leave it to WebClinic to handle all aspects of the reception service. The professionally trained staff can provide a complete reception service for both
single practitioners and large clinics. Inbound and outbound calls, and reminders are all handled in a polite and friendly way.
In the event that our receptionists are busy, incoming calls are not charged. Our return call is then charged
If a number is engaged, we will call again later. After five engaged responses, the call is classed as a failed call. Failed calls, where no contact can be established, are charged as 1 unit. A call from us to a customer’s voice mail or answer phone is considered successful and charged as 1 unit
Landline providers, such as BT, TalkTalk, provide a call divert service for a small monthly fee. This enables practices to switch all incoming calls to WebClinic, or overflow calls for when they are busy.
Outgoing calls from practices, to book or alter future appointments, can be made over a dedicated landline (BT and other providers make a small monthly charge) to WebClinic. The telephone automatically dials the WebClinic number; no other numbers can be called
