There are several ways in which we have found it easier to use than a paper system. Open appointment slots with any practitioner at any of our clinic sites are easily visible. This saves the staff having to ring our other practices and negotiate over the phone. It immediately looks more professional to do it all on screen to suit the patient. I can log on from home to check my appointment list and write my letters with the patient details in front of me on screen as well as run clinic statistics and management reports. We have used other clinic software but found this to be expensive, complicated to use and inaccessible. The practice switched to WebClinic over 12 months ago and we have never looked back. The initial attraction to WebClinic software was the accessibility, functionality and cost. Been able to link up to the clinic software via the Internet from anywhere was fantastic. This offered greater freedom and control in booking and rearranging appointments and managing the practice. Managing the finances of the practice and individual practitioners is much less time consuming. Recording payments and keeping track of practitioners earnings and daily clinic earnings is easy to use. The software allows you to print receipts and statements that patients require on a daily basis. Month and year-end reports are simple to run, checking outstanding balances and all those mundane jobs are comfortably managed by WebClinic. Since I have been using WebClinic there have been several upgrades that have corrected minor glitches and greatly improved the layout and functionality of the software as well as giving you, the user, more control. I have been very impressed with these changes. Overall, WebClinic has been an excellent investment, it has made managing the clinic less of a chore, the support has been second-to-none and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make their life easier.
